READ THIS EMAIL..IMPORTANT INFO…THIS IS YOUR PLAYERS MEETING.
Some GPS systems will tell you to turn off of Lankford Highway (route 13) onto a dirt
road. This is not correct.
To get here from both north and south;
Turn east off of Route 13 onto Oakland Drive, in Exmore, by the Royal Farms stop light.
-OR-
Turn east off of Route 13 onto Rogers Drive, in Nassawadox, by the Shore Stop stop
light.
Then onto Seaside Road, then onto my dirt lane with the basket and Discraft flag.

THE Paul McBeth and Anthony Barela GRIP BAGs ARE IN STOCK. I will have 4 of
these with me, $299 for the PM, $239 for the AB. First come first serve.
1. TOURNAMENT CENTRAL- Tournament central will be located in the building
behind the blue house, near over flow parking and camping.
2. PARKING – Pull in angle parking along right side of road past hole one tee.
Overflow parking in back yard. Behind blue house.
3. SATURDAY PLAYER CHECK IN - 7:30-8:25 a.m.
4. LEADERBOARD POSTING: Round 1 hole assignments will be posted by 8:30

5. TEE TIME – is set for 9:00 A.M.
IF YOU ARE NOT GOING TO FINISH THE TOURNAMENT, PLEASE LET ME KNOW.

6. SCORING RULES – Digital scoring will be used for this event. You can go to
pdga.com/score to sign in for group scoring. PASSWORD: PANCAKE
7. Digital Scoring Password: PANCAKE
8. AM PLAYERS PACK/PAYOUT – Each am player will receive a choice disc (max
$20 value) from the Discraft Inventory as a player pack item. The remaining
entry minus course and PDGA fees will be applied toward prize payout for each
division.
A division must have 3 people to have payout.
Top 40% will be paid in prize vouchers.
Merchandise must be picked up after the event
9. TEE ASSIGNMENTS-
Round 1 – ALL BLUE
Round 2 – MPO, MA1, MA40 - GOLD
All Others - BLUE
OB RULES – detailed rules are attached to this email and will be on digital
scoring. Pay attention to the special notes below:
Tee signs were made specifically for this event. If you’re playing the blue
layout your tee sign will be blue…. If you’re playing the gold layout your tee
signs will be gold….
THE FIELD ON RIGHT SIDE OF HOLE 1 IS OB THIS YEAR. WE WILL BE PLAYING TO THE SHORT PIN POSITION TUCKED INTO THE WOODLINE ON THE LEFT
THERE IS A NEW DROP ZONE FOR YOUR SECOND SHOT ACROSS 18 TOWARDS THE PIN. IF YOU DO NOT ESTABLISH IN BOUNDS PROCEED TO THE DROP ZONE BEHIND THE PIN BETWEEN THE SMALL CEDAR TREES.
ALL DIVISIONS WILL BE TEEING FROM THE CONCRETE TEE ON HOLE 18 BOTH ROUNDS.
10. Porta Jon/Trash – Porto Potty next to blue house near trashcans. If using
trashcans, please be sure to bag your trash.
11. LUNCH – NO LUNCH ON SITE THIS YEAR!!! Plenty of food options within 5-10
minutes, bringing your own lunch recommended. Time starts 1 Hour from last
card turned in, you can find starting time at the following link:

12. ACE POOL – $5 available at registration.
Must get in before you play.
IF NOT, HIT THE ACE POOL WILL BE DONATED TO UNC Children’s Hospital,
