Hole assignments are published. First round is hopefully formatted in a way to prevent too many backups. divisions were kept with each other as much as possible.

Does anyone know the basket distance from the new short tee area at Oliver?

Oh yeah, that would be helpful. Yes, hole 1. Thanks!

Brandon Greer   September 8 at 10:55pm

Will you be sending out the modified red layout for Double Creek?

Ed Hoffman   September 8 at 1:10am

not sure why my responses on my phone didn't post earlier. red pads are the same with altered pars is all. some 5's will become 4's, 4's will become 3's etc. layout is already on udisc.

Brandon Greer   September 8 at 1:11am

It is one of the layouts available on udisc. Red-tees advanced

Are these 2 courses worth a 4 hour drive?

I'm looking for anything to do this weekend and may hit the road after work friday and come up for this

not sure why my responses on my phone didn't post earlier. But it is worth the drive for a great cause, all money goes to Al Breast cancer, we keep nothing. DC is a gun long course and Oliver is a technical short course. both are fun!

Ed Hoffman    September 7 at 9:07pm

If we do not get to more than 75-80 participants we will all play double creek in the morning and Oliver in the afternoon.

Will higher divisions play the longs at Oliver Park?

Ed Hoffman   August 16 at 4:29pm

We will not be using long pads at Oliver. There is too much uncertainty with baseball parking on too many holes.

Robert Mallory    August 13 at 7:47pm

Hole 1 @ Oliver… Are we throwing from original T Pad inside fence ? Or from those flags by baseball field ?

Ed Hoffman   August 14 at 3:47pm

I am still awaiting confirmation from the City of Calera on whether that will be resolved by then. If they are not able to put new pad in, we will play from the flags by the baseball field for pace of play.

Ed Hoffman   September 8 at 11:51pm

there is a painted teepad for hole 1 at Oliver with a flag at the front, it is measured at 226 ft.

Bart Lynn    August 13 at 4:50pm

What tees will used at Double Creek? Different ones for different divisions?

Ed Hoffman   August 14 at 3:45pm

Women, Juniors and MA4 will play from the red pads. (MA4 will play the modified par layout red Pads) Everyone else will play the whites.
