Here is a breakdown of what to expect Saturday:
8-9am Check-in/registration
Please walk up to tournament central to check in to the event, get your players packs, and buy in to the ace pool ($5).
We will be using PDGA live scoring for this event, after you have checked in at the pavilion go to pdga.com/score and use the password PASSWORD AVAILABLE AT TOURNAMENT CENTRAL to log in and confirm your starting hole. Your hole assignment may change due to changes in registration in the morning please reconfirm your starting hole close to tee time.
If you are not checked in 9:00am you will lose your spot as we are full and have players on the waitlist. If you are running late please text me at 9894006945.
9:30am Tee off Round 1
You need to be at your starting hole by 9;30am, re-confirm your starting hole at pdga.com/score (password PASSWORD AVAILABLE AT TOURNAMENT CENTRAL) as drops may have changed starting holes.
Scoring will be done at pdga.com/score (password PASSWORD AVAILABLE AT TOURNAMENT CENTRAL) a paper card may be used as a backup; all scores must be submitted through live scoring. Per PDGA rules all players must keep score.
We will sound a 2-minute warning horn, followed by a tee off horn. In instances of no-shows, you must have at least 3 players in a group. If this affects you one person joins the group behind and one person joins the group in front.
Finalize all scores on pdga live scoring as soon as possible, if you have issues or discrepancies bring them up to tournament central.
After Round 1/Lunch
Once you have submitted the scores for your round lunch begins, BRUCES BADASS BBQ will be on site!!!
The second round will begin one hour after the last group finishes, the tee time and hole assignments will be posted on pdga.com/score (password PASSWORD AVAILABLE AT TOURNAMENT CENTRAL) as soon as possible.
Round 2
Confirm the starting time and your starting hole at pdga.com/score (password PASSWORD AVAILABLE AT TOURNAMENT CENTRAL) or by checking at the pavilion.
As you finish your 2nd round please bring in any CTPs that are on your final hole.
Awards
Trophies will be presented to 1st place finishers after the event, if you are in a tie for first place you must playoff, come to the pavilion as soon as possible to begin playoffs.
Berths will be awarded as divisions finish.
Am payouts- The Lonteen’s have a store set up for on site payouts.
Pro payouts- Paypal payments will be sent directly after the event.
Ace pool will be issued via paypal.
CTP prizes will be available once the corresponding flag is brought in.

17- Surrounded by water OB. If you go in water on your drive, proceed to drop zone. You may take your drive from the drop zone but you will be lying 2, throwing 3
