There have been a few updates and changes to your tee assignments due to a few last minute drops. With those changes I was able to, for the most part anyway, get competitors onto cards of those within the same division or divisions fairly comparable. I plan to send out an email regarding these changes around 4 p.m. so please be on the lookout for that email. The contents within the original link to your tee assignments also reflects these changes, if you wish to not wait for the update email. See you all tomorrow!

Good morning BID #1 Participants!

Below is the attachment filled with all information you will need to know for Sunday's BID #1 at Germantown. Please note that due to demand and not wanting those of you who have practiced the expected formats for months to have a last minute change of expected format, we do have round 1 set at 5 per card. With round 1 being on the red course it should still take no longer than if we were to have played the black course twice, but with less walking! With that being said, please bring your patience and your A-game! Round 2's tee assignments will be sent out via email and posted onto BID #1's Disc Golf Scene event in the comment section, within 30 minutes of the final card's completion. You can check with us at TD central located near hole 1 to find this out also.

With the latest PDGA rating update being this morning, let me know if you need me to adjust your division based on your current PDGA rating. We are hoping that you are all registered where your rating suggests that you compete, but will happily adjust your division if it is not what your current rating suggests. Please remember that we should all be using the PDGA rating system to determine our respective divisions!

It seems to be in the best interest and safety of everyone to postpone this event due to the flooding risks from the amount of rain we have already received, with what we're expected to receive (another minimum of 2 inches today continuing into tomorrow), along with the expected 25-35 mph wind speeds (wind gusts up to 40 mph). The new date for this event will be April 30th - at the same time and same location. If you are already registered for this event and you wish to play the new BID #1 date, you do not need to do anything, except check back here occasionally for updates, between now and then. If you withdrew from the event in the last 72 hours due to weather concerns, your spots will be held for 72 hours. After this time, I will reopen registration to the public to fill any remaining open spots. Thank you all for hanging in there, and for attempting to manifest better weather with us. We hope you can join us on April 30th, to finally get the 2023 Best In Dayton Series kicked off! Have a great day everyone and stay safe!

It is possible that we may have to postpone/reschedule this event. This decision will be made 24 hours prior to the scheduled start of the event. We are very hopeful the weather will clear up, but it's unfortunately not looking very safe or favorable for us, as of right now. We will notify everyone right here, by email, and also on our Facebook page, when this decision has been made.
