The Student's Society of Industrial/Organizational Psychology is hosting the Davy Jones Open to raise money to go to SIOP, the national conference for industrial/organizational psychology, in Washington DC this year. At the conference, we will be able network with professionals, sit-in on ground breaking research symposiums, as well as have an opportunity to present our own research to other students, professors, and practitioners in the field.
The tournament will be a one round, shot-gun start at Jones West. There will be player-packs for players that register, raffles to local Emporia businesses, and trophies for the top three finishers.
