I cannot thank you all enough for coming out to celebrate the life of our great friend, David Hammeline.

I dont have the right word at the moment, so Ill keep it all business.

NOON SATURDAY WE WILL DO A BRIEF CEREMONY WITH THE FAMILY AT HOLE 1(4) MCDADE. I KNOW SOME OF YALL WILL BE PLAYING, We encourage players to be at HQ and check in with the starter 10min prior to your tee time. We'd love to get a pic of the cards before yall go out. I will go over any rules amendments or other important info.

ALL players play the same tees marked with WHITE flags.

STONEBRIDGE -
All players play concrete tees.

MCDADE-
WE WILL START PLAY ON HOLE #4 (old hole 1) and play LONGS / CONCRETE

THIS EVENT IS LIMITED TO 144 PLAYERS / 72 PLAYERS IN EACH POOL
SOME DIVS HAVE CAPS, SOME DO NOT. This is to prevent some divs from dominating each pool while still allowing other divs (ladies and JR's in particular) to populate


FORMAT-
Saturday Oct 26th - 2 rounds of 18 holes SHOTGUN START 9am round 1
1.5 hr break between rounds
Sunday Oct 27th - 1 round of 18 holes at McDade on TEE TIMES for ALL PLAYERS !
Tee times will be in pool order, B-Pool 1st out in ascending order.

POOLS / COURSE ASSIGNMENTS: (in Sat am / Sat pm / Sunday order)
A-POOL: All Pro Men/MA1/MA40/MA50 - Northside Christian Church/Stonebridge/McDade

B-POOL: MA2/MA60/MA3/MA4/ladies and Jrs - Stonebridge/Northside Christian Church/McDade

Pools are limited to 72 players !!!


- $750 added cash to pro divs (split according to PDGA guidelines)
- All Ams get (1) Innova Custom "Hemmy" stamped disc in premium plastic at ZERO DEDUCTION FROM ENTRY !!
- 1st 100 am players to register get a custom "Hemmy" waffle towel


PLAYERS PACKS WILL BE AVAILABLE AT NCC ALL DAY SAT AND MCDADE ALL DAY SUNDAY !!!!!**

PAYOUTS AT MCDADE - merch credit redeemable only at Gorilla events or at the shop. NOT redeemable at online webstore.

UPDATE !!!! We've made an executive decision to reduce the player cap to 144 and remove "Lil E" from the course rotation. We aren't sure that we will get more than 144 players, so this will allow us to focus our attention Saturday on just Northside Christian and Stonebridge. If there's any issues with this, we will gladly offer a full refund to any affected players. *I'll be revising player pools asap to reflect !!!
