Hi Mark, I saw that I was moved from the waitlist to MA-60. I tried to follow the link to confirm, not sure how to? But I’ll be there Friday to play.

You are good.

Mark Verrochi    April 9 at 5:20pm

Update regarding Weekend 2. We are moving the players party/swap meet/raffle to Friday evening due to possible weekend rain and to miss a band event on Saturday evening that is supposed to occur in the amphitheater.

We will be giving away a green coated Mach 7, a few sets of padres tickets, a LVC Zuca cart, passes to the USS Midway, and many other prizes in the raffle. We will have a putting contest and accuracy contest as well as food from Nola on 5th.

For the swap meet, this is a great ... more

Host hotel?

There are none specifically assigned to the event. Closest hotels include Hilton Garden Inn and Courtyard by Marriott in Rancho Bernardo. Escondido also has an Econo Lodge and Suites. Those are all 3.9 and above. There may be other options in Escondido also.

Thanks

Hey how many people from the waitlist are you gonna add on?

Mark Verrochi   April 1 at 5:49pm

Event is capped (216 is the number of players total). We are adding as people drop.

Jenny Umstead    March 29 at 9:08pm

Are you going to let more women in to make a full fp40 card? Or round out the number of open women you have so they have 3 cards?

Mark Verrochi   March 30 at 3:38pm

When the event opened there were no caps on any division (I did not limit any division). There was nothing stopping this event from having 72 women playing in the pro fields. There will be 16 women in FPO/FP40/FP60 total based on where things stand right now.

Hey Mark, could you bump me over to MPO? I tried editing my registration to make the switch but it didn't allow me to.

No. I cannot move people to different pools. The pools are full. I’d have to put you on the waitlist (at the back) if I did this.

Chris Shotwell   February 12 at 4:13pm

Gotcha, that makes sense. Forgot there were separate pools to consider there. Thanks for the reply.

Hello Mark, I own a beef jerky company (Victim Jerky), can I sell at the swap meet?

Sponsor flyer has now been posted. Early registration is only for higher level sponsors. Hole sponsorships occur during normal signups. Thanks!

Bart Eccles   January 4 at 5:05pm

What’s the point of trying to sponsor a hole? I had such a memorable time last year, I wanted to support and promote your event, along with insuring my registration.

Mark Verrochi   January 7 at 2:01am

Sponsors of holes are supporting the event by providing us with additional cash flow to help the tournament be better/bigger. We have lots of people that want to do it. It is an opportunity to get your name or company logo on a tee sign at one of the biggest events in the southwest. This is the same ... more

Does the $150 tee sign allow you to register early? I just tried and it didn't allow it.

I will be getting this finalized over the next week.

Junior Divisions? I only ask because I see a few amateur divisions that typically have small fields. Would like to see a juniors division here for obvious reasons

If they were during the pro weekend with a few of the other amateur divisions, I would sign my son up to play. I’m just looking ahead.

Mark Verrochi   December 24 at 3:13am

Weekend 2 is for age protected AMs and Pros. Weekend 1 has AMs. Your son could sign up and play MPO ;)

Might have to happen
