Welcome to Doom! a Doomsday Demolition event at White Tail Run
Player check in will start at 12 noon and go to 12:45. We need to tee off at 1pm sharp because White Tail closes at 4pm.
The $5 green fee has already been covered with your entry fee. I believe White Tail Run will request you to sign a Liability Waiver if you haven't played their course yet.
Player Pack:
You will receive one Retina Psyop (understable distance) and one Cyber Putter. You can use up to two other Doomsday Discs of your choosing. We will have a few on hand for purchase as well.
Scoring:
We will be using UDisc for scoring. You'll need to check in under the UDisc event listing. We need to keep cards in the 3-5 players. NO EXCEPTIONS. Both Beginner and Advanced divisions can be on the same card. Everyone will be playing the same layout. Pay attention to the OB rules on the tee signs and in UDisc. If there is a discrepancy, the tee sign takes priority.
Optional Buy-Ins:
ACE Fund:
There is a $2 cash ace fund. There are 2 holes that are under 200'. We will also include an Eagle 2 on the Par 4 Hole 9 (520').
CTP / Longest Putt:
This category costs $3 and will have 3 hole prizes.
Hole 2 (253') will be the Closest to Pin (CTP). The prize will be a Doomsday Balaclava and pin.
Hole 12 will have a CTP as well. It will be an Isolation Plastic Crisis:
The longest made putt will be on Hole 18. The made putt does not have to be with a putter. The prize will be a Land Mine and a Dud.
Because this is not a PDGA sanctioned event, alcohol is permitted while you are playing. HOWEVER, you cannot bring in your own beverages; they must be purchased from the winery. They are offering $1 off all drinks to tournament players.
Water:
As this is only 1 round, please bring enough water for yourself.
Course:
The course is mostly cart friendly. Hole 3 has a hill to push up but not too bad.
