Welcome to the Boylan Acres Presented By Innova

This is your tournament director Callie McMorran. In this email you will find the course layout, for this event, link to the hole assignments, link to live scoring and more.

First, I want to thank you all for participating in this event!

Course address:

Course Layout:

This is a two day, two round, tee-time event. We will be playing a modified version of the Arduous course that will include holes 1 and 11 from the extreme course to make this a 20 hole course.

Out of bounds rules:

Hole 1: No OB Mando, must go right of Marked tree. Retee if missed.
Hole 4: OB= over fence past target.
Hole 5: OB= over fence right of fairway. Water plays as casual
Hole 6: No OB Water plays as casual
Hole 7: OB= over fence past target and in and over creek
Hole 8: Island hole. If disc does not land inside blue lines of marked island, play lie as hazard. OB= in or over creek
Hole 9: OB= In or over creek
Hole 10: OB= in or over creek.
Hole 12: Mando - Must go right of marked Mando tree. If Mando is missed proceed to short tee pad with a 1 throw penalty. No OB
Hole 14: Mando - disc must go left of marked Mando. If disc is OB or misses mando, player to proceed to the short pad with a 1 throw penalty. OB= In and over creek right of fairway. OB line extends from Mando tree to water on tee side of water. High grass left of fairway is played as hazard. (hole 16 fairway short grass also plays as hazard) Surrounded by water in pond in front of short pin is also OB.
Hole 15: OB= over fence right of fairway. High grass left of fairway, left of target and beyond target is played as hazard. Tree line does not play as hazard.
Hole 16: OB= over fence right of fairway, In or over creek left of fairway. High grass left and right of fairway is played as hazard. (hole 14 fairway also plays as hazard) Once disc passes past line flags, there is no more hazard play. OB is still in effect.
Hole 17: OB = surrounded by water in creek.
Hole A: This is hole 1 Extreme. (north side of parking lot) It has a Double Mando. Disc must travel between Mando trees. If mando is missed, proceed to the drop zone with 1 throw penalty. OB= parking lot marked by logs and surrounded by water in pond.
Hole B: This is hole 11 Extreme (south side of parking lot) OB= line left of fairway marked by flags

Player party/Fly mart:

There will be a bonfire and music on Saturday night with some additional vendors. We are working on some food options. This will be at the course. From 5-10pm

Camping at the course:

There is free camping available at the course. There will not be any electricity available. But there is a shower house that should be ready to go by tonight. Please call or text me for more info. 901.569.0535

Hole assignments:

Here is the link to your hole assignment, if this is your first PDGA Tournament please note that your hole assignment can change before the event starts. ( I still have people dropping out). Also, note that your hole assignment will likely change for round 2. When you click on the link scroll down to your name, by your name will be a number under the "hole" column. This is the hole you will be starting at.

Check-in:

Please arrive at the course with plenty of time to go through the check-in process. When you arrive you will need to come to the Innova Camper to check in by hole one and grab your players pack. If you haven't played in one of my events before please note that I have A LOT of products to look through. So please allow yourself time to get what you want.

On a scale of 1-10, how bad is the poison Ivy or poison Oak on the property? I've only played here once and it was like 3 years ago and it was only 1 course at the time. Just trying to find out if I'll need to wear pants while playing to avoid contact with the stuff or if I should be safe wearing shorts.
