Good afternoon. I am super excited that you signed up to be part of our "Sunday Funday" series. This will be a 1 round PDGA C-Tier. We will do a shotgun start at 1p sharp.
We will be at Lincoln Ridge, and will play the "winter 20" or no creek holes (14-17). We will play "upper" tee pads on holes: 10, 18, 19, 21.
All course particulars will be in PDGA live. Mainly OB will be surrounded by water in ponds and on/over roads. Creeks/standing water outside of ponds will be casual play.
Cheryl and I will be at tournament central, which will be around 1's tee pad. I'm assuming the shelters will be rented this time of year. This is the most central part to have tournament central. We will begin check in around 1215p. We will have a shotgun start at 1p. I will post hole assignments by around 930p tonight. They will be found at:

With doing a shotgun start, make sure you are at your hole by 1258p when we will yell "two minutes".
Please be aware that the course is not shut down for this event, so be mindful and considerate of casuals who may be on the course. It's important that we all play nice together. Put yourselves in their shoes in the sense that they are mid round and then people hop in front of them and putting on the holes they are trying to play. We keep numbers low so we can all enjoy the course.

For those in the ACE fund, payouts will be done electronically this year. If an ACE isn't hit, it will be donated to the UC Discats.
We will be using PDGA Live for all scoring, and a reminder that everyone needs to keep score now (PDGA live or paper copy). The PDGA Live access code is: lincoln531
Cards will be made of of primarily 3-4 players. Depending on numbers, we may have to mix some divisions. We will do our best to make sure everyone is with at least 1 person from their division.
In order to win a division winners bag tag, there has to be at least 2 people in the division.
In the event of a tie, the playoff will start on hole 1.
All AM divisions will receive AM's merchandise credit to use immediately following the completion of their divisions rounds to be used the day of event. There will be merchandise on hand to exchange. Open players will receive their payouts via PayPal electronically.
It is on each player to know the PDGA rules and guidelines. It is on each card to make sure you are on the appropriate tee. It's easy to go to the wrong hole sometimes, so make sure the card confirms they are on the correct tee pad for each hole.
It's going to be a great late afternoon/early afternoon round. Again, we are excited that you are going to join us.
