Good morning. Tomorrow is the NO GAL'S ALLOWED BYOP at Cedar Grove. We are excited that you signed up.
Check in will be 915-955a. When you arrive, please park up by the house in the gravel area/grass. Our address is 21208 Meadow Lane, 47041.
It's the first house on the right on the private drive. You will notice a planter with sunflowers in it that looks like a basket. That's our driveway.
It is going to be a great day. The first round will tee off at 10a. We will play the BLUE/LONG layout first. This format will be "best disc" format. We will then take a lunch break. The second round will be the GREEN/SHORT layout. Each player will play their own disc, and then partners scores will be added together. So if Player A shoots a 50 and Player B shoots a 54, their team score is a 104.
We will be using Udisc Live for scoring. You can go to Udisc and under that event and check yourself in.
There will be an ACE fund included. If no one hits an ACE, we will do the throw off on hole 1. In the event of a TIE for first place, we will do a blend of the 2 for the playoff. The tied teams will go to hole 1 and play the BLUE tee pad in combined score format until their is a winner. So it is BLUE layout, but 2nd round format. There will be some CTP's mixed in as well during both rounds.
Again, we are excited you are coming out. Some of the females on Team Crossover will be on hand to fix/serve lunch to us during the break.
