Good afternoon. I am super excited that you signed up to be part of our "Night Flights" at the Cedar Grove on Monday, 6/30/2025. This will be a 2 round PDGA C-Tier. We will do a shotgun start at 615p sharp.

The layout will be the following GREEN layouts:
Round 1 - 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 19, 20
Round 2 - 12, A, B, C, D, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 9
Cheryl and I will be at tournament central which will be at the end of the garage (furthest from house). I will post hole assignments by around 5p on event day, since registration will be open until 4p. They will be found at:

With doing a shotgun start, make sure you are at your hole by 613p when the official 2 minute warning will begin.
Here is the schedule of events. The schedule will look like this:
530-6p - Player Check In
615p - Shotgun Start
The $10 entry fee is broken down like this: $5 PDGA/Course Fees, $3 to ACE fund, and $2 to cash CTP.
We will be using PDGA Live for all scoring, and a reminder that everyone needs to keep score now (PDGA live, Udisc or paper copy). The PDGA Live access code is: cedar630
The OB here is pretty simple for this layout. Over/beyond any fence and/or orange stakes, or surrounded by water. It will be in PDGA live.
Cards will be made of of primarily 3-4 players. Depending on numbers, we may have to mix some divisions. We will do our best to make sure everyone is with at least 1 person from their division.
In the event there is a tie, we will have the playoff start on HOLE 1 and go until there is a winner playing the GREEN layout.
It is on each player to know the PDGA rules and guidelines. It is on each card to make sure you are on the appropriate tee. It's easy to go to the wrong hole sometimes, so make sure the card confirms they are on the correct tee pad for each hole.
It's going to be a great late afternoon/early afternoon round. Again, we are excited that you are going to join us.
