As we are a few days away from the event, we just wanted to send out a players info email. Hopefully this will have everything in it to answer any questions you may have.
Registration is open until 8p Thursday evening. I will be posting tee times later this morning, but please make note it is more of a rough draft today. With the possibility of a 19 more players signing up, tee times could shift a spot or two. But it will at least give you
a general idea of when you will be teeing off on Saturday. Finalized tee times will be posted by Friday at noon.
We will be using 2 different layouts. Pool A is MPO/MP40/MA1. They will have several holes with island greens. Pool B is everyone else and will not have any island greens. We will be using the black "foul line" at the front of the tees as a marker for when to release the disc.

Since we are using tee times, please arrive 15 minutes prior to your tee time. Please check in at the shelter with either Josh or Cheryl. There is a practice basket and area to the side you can warm up. We ask that you stay off the course once the rounds begin.
We will be using PDGA Live scoring. We also need a secondary form of score kept in each group. This can be Udisc/DGCR or pencil and scorecard. The access code for PDGA Live is: heatwave
All Pro divisions will receive their payouts via PayPal and all AM's Crossover cash immediately following the completion of their divisions rounds. There will be merchandise on hand to exchange in the Crossover Cash.
The ACE Fund will be split into Group A and Group B. If it is hit, it will be sent via PayPal.
The weather is calling for a chance of rain in the morning, so plan accordingly. It is supposed to be mild with temps in the 50's possibly. With all the snow melting, it will probably be very wet and muddy in the low spots. So again, please plan accordingly.

Quick question about the foul line, since they're thick: will the rule be that you're considered at fault for stepping on the line or only when you're stepping over it?
