Good evening!
I wanted to get this tournament email out this morning. Cheryl and I are super excited about the upcoming Crossover Winter Classic #2 at Millikin on Sunday, 1/23.
The following will be the most important details for the event. Please reach out to us if you have any additional questions or
comments before the event.
The event is a 1 rounder of 18 holes.
The schedule will look like this for the day:

4 - OB over fence FAR right
5 - NO OB
6 - NO OB

Please look at the forecast one more time by Friday evening to determine if you are still wanting to play. At the time of this email, it seems there is a chance of flurries and temps in the mid 20's for the round Sunday morning. To receive a full refund, you must withdraw by 8p Friday.
I will have hole assignments up by Saturday tonight, but just know that they could change due to players dropping/adding last minute.
For those who are in the ACE fund, if no ACE is hit, we will do a throw off. We will do winner takes all.
In the event there is a tie for first place, they playoff will start on hole #1 until there is a winner.
At the completion of the round, we will do awards and payouts. As per PDGA, the top 40% will receive a payout. The Open players will receive cash/PayPal, and the AM's Crossover Cash. This can be exchanged for disc golf merchandise that we will have on hand.
We will use PDGA Live scoring. The access code is: crossover
This is a PDGA event, so everyone should be up to date on the PDGA's stance on what is legal and what is not legal.
It's going to be a great day. Please contact us with any questions you may have!
We will see you Sunday!
Thanks,
Josh and Cheryl
