Good afternoon again.

We are going to go forward with 615p tee off. The areas of concerned has broken up. With that, if you’ve lived in Greater Cincy area, things change quickly.

In the event of lightning after 615p, Cheryl will blow the car horn 3 times. Leave your disc, mark your disc, but more importantly get off the course. Go to your car or the shelter by the bathroom. We will then regroup as needed.

Good afternoon. We are monitoring a line of storms that is heading our way from the west. We do not expect anyone to play in a storm. We will keep watching to see when it comes thru Cincinnati. If it is looking to be close to the scheduled tee off time of 615p, we might delay tee off. It's all speculative right now, but wanted to give everyone a heads up.

I'll send out another email to update around 530p. As of now, tee off is still scheduled for 615p.

Good morning. I am super excited that you signed up to be part of our next "Thursday Night Flights" at Woodland Mound on 6/29. This will be a 1 round PDGA C-Tier. We will do a shotgun start at 615p sharp.

This event is the 3nd event of our "Summer Series". This means we will keep track of points for the whole series. This will be an 11 week series that will run from 6/15 to 8/31 (excluding 7/27). Players get 1 point for every divisional opponent they place higher than, and 2 points for participation. Points winners will receive the "Summer Series Cup". Also, since this is a series, we are going to do something new. If an ACE isn't hit, the ACE fund will carry over to the next week. If on the final week, the ACE isn't hit, there will be a throw off to clear out the ACE fund.

There were no ACES hit the first 2 events of the series, so there is a $172 carry over to add to tonight's ACE fund contributions.

If you decide to withdraw from the event, you must do so by 3p for a refund.

Cheryl and I will be at tournament central, which will be located across from #1's tee pad in the parking lot. We will begin check in around 530p. We will have a shotgun start at 615p. With doing a shotgun start, make sure you are at your hole by 613p when we will yell "two minutes". Please be aware that the course is not shut down for this event, so be mindful and considerate of casuals who may be on the course. It's important that we all play nice together.

Here is the schedule of events. The schedule will look like this:
530-605p - Player Check In
615p - Shotgun Start
@745p - Awards/payouts

For those in the ACE fund, payouts will be done electronically this year.

We will be using PDGA Live for all scoring, and then a secondary form of scoring per card (PDGA live, Udisc or paper copy). The PDGA Live access code is: woodland629


Cards will be made of of primarily 4-5 players. Depending on numbers, we may have to mix some divisions. We will do our best to make sure everyone is with at least 1 person from their division.

All AM divisions will receive AM's Crossover cash immediately following the completion of their divisions rounds. There will be merchandise on hand to exchange in the Crossover Cash. Open players will receive their payouts via PayPal electronically.

It is on each player to know the PDGA rules and guidelines. It is on each card to make sure you are on the appropriate tee. It's easy to go to the wrong hole sometimes, so make sure the card confirms they are on the correct tee pad for each hole.

It's going to be a great night. Again, we are excited that you are going to join us.
