Good morning. I am super excited that you signed up to be part of our next "Thursday Night Flights" at the Vineyard on 8/31. This will be a 1 round PDGA C-Tier. We will do a shotgun start at 615p sharp
This event is the last one of our "Summer Series". Points winners will receive the "Summer Series Cup" award. Our next Thursday Night Flights series kicks off next week, so if an ACE isn't hit, it will roll over to the next series as we have done previously and have been telling people. There is a $60 ACE carryover into tonight's ACE FUND.

If you decide to withdraw from the event, you must do so by noon Thursday for a refund.
Cheryl and I will be at tournament central, which will be located by hole 6 tee pad. We will begin check in around 530p. We will have a shotgun start at 615p. I will post hole assignments by around 3p. They will be found at: Crossover Thursday Night Flights Summer Series #11 2023
With doing a shotgun start, make sure you are at your hole by 613p when we will yell "two minutes". Please be aware that the course is not shut down for this event, so be mindful and considerate of casuals who may be on the course. It's important that we all play nice together.

For those in the ACE fund, payouts will be done electronically this year.
We will be using PDGA Live for all scoring, and then a secondary form of scoring per card (PDGA live, Udisc or paper copy). The PDGA Live access code is: winton831
Cards will be made of of primarily 4 players. Depending on numbers, we may have to mix some divisions. We will do our best to make sure everyone is with at least 1 person from their division. Divisions need to have a minimum of 3 players unless otherwise approved by the TD.
All AM divisions will receive AM's Crossover cash immediately following the completion of their divisions rounds. There will be merchandise on hand to exchange in the Crossover Cash. Open players will receive their payouts via PayPal electronically.
It is on each player to know the PDGA rules and guidelines. It is on each card to make sure you are on the appropriate tee. It's easy to go to the wrong hole sometimes, so make sure the card confirms they are on the correct tee pad for each hole.
It's going to be a great night. Again, we are excited that you are going to join us.
