Afterwards, if anyone is interested in playing 9 holes (or less) of glow, bring your gear. Feel free to join me, or play with your own group if you'd like. I'll most likely put lights out on holes 1,2,3,6,7,8,9,10,11. I'll leave the lights on the baskets until I finish. I'm thinking I'll be ready to tee off between 9 and 9:15. Jump in anytime you want, and I'll wait until everyone is done before I pick up the lights. My house is a five minute walk away from Boone Woods so time isn't a problem for me tomorrow.

Good evening. I am super excited that you signed up to be part of our "Night Flights" at Boone Woods on 8/28/2025. This will be a 1 round PDGA C-Tier. We will do a shotgun start at 6p sharp.

If you decide to withdraw from the event, you must do so by 1p on day of event for a refund.

Cheryl and I will be at tournament central, which will be at 18's shelter. This is the most central part to have tournament central. We will begin check in around 520p. We will have a shotgun start at 6p. I will post hole assignments by around 1p on event day, since registration will be open until them. They will be found at: https://www.pdga.com/tour/event/95975

With doing a shotgun start, make sure you are at your hole by 558p when we will yell "two minutes". Please be aware that the course is not shut down for this event, so be mindful and considerate of casuals who may be on the course. It's important that we all play nice together.

Here is the schedule of events. The schedule will look like this:
530-550p - Player Check In
6p - Shotgun Start
@8p- Awards/payouts

For those in the ACE fund, if there is no ACE we will donate the money to the UC Discats as they prepare for their Fall season.

We will be using PDGA Live for all scoring, and a reminder that everyone needs to keep score now (PDGA live, Udisc or paper copy). The PDGA Live access code is: boone828

We are playing the regular 18 holes. This will be in PDGA live. OB is mainly roads/pavement. The most confusing hole typically is hole 4. We just play OB as where you go on the pavement/concrete/building. Also, holes 5, 13, and 18 we play the "long" tee pads.

Cards will be made of of primarily 3-4 players. Depending on numbers, we may have to mix some divisions. We will do our best to make sure everyone is with at least 1 person from their division.

In the event there is a tie, we will have the playoff start on HOLE 1 and go until there is a winner.

All AM divisions will receive AM's merchandise credit to use immediately following the completion of their divisions rounds to be used the day of event. There will be merchandise on hand to exchange. Open players will receive their payouts via PayPal electronically.

It is on each player to know the PDGA rules and guidelines. It is on each card to make sure you are on the appropriate tee. It's easy to go to the wrong hole sometimes, so make sure the card confirms they are on the correct tee pad for each hole.

It's going to be a great late afternoon/early afternoon round. Again, we are excited that you are going to join us.
