Good morning. I am super excited that you signed up to be part of our Crossover Summer PAR-TY at Woodland Mound on 5/29. This will be a 1 round PDGA C-Tier. We will do a shotgun start at 930a sharp.
Please be aware that with the nice weather, I would expect the gate attendants to be in their little shacks as you enter the park. So you might have to buy at pass. They have daily and yearly options. We will be running at least 10 events here the rest of the year, if that helps you decide which way to go.
If you decide to withdraw tonight, you must do so by 6p for a refund.
Cheryl and I will be at tournament central, which will be located across from #1 tee pad. We will begin check in around 845a. I will post hole assignments by around 8a. They will be found at:

With doing a shotgun start, make sure you are at your hole by 928a when we will yell "two minutes". Please be aware that the course is not shut down for this event, so be mindful and considerate of casuals who may be on the course.

845-920a - Player Check In

For those in the ACE fund, if there is not one hit, we will do a throw off where the winner takes all. The closest disc wins. ACE fund payouts will be done electronically this year.
We will be using PDGA Live for all scoring, and then a secondary form of scoring per card (PDGA live, Udisc or paper copy). The PDGA Live access code is: woodland529
Cards will be made of of primarily 4 players. Depending on numbers, we may have to mix some divisions. We will do our best to make sure everyone is with at least 1 person from their division.
Please note, that when registration closes tonight, and I am preparing cards, divisions, and so forth, any male players in divisions of just 1 or 2, will more than likely get merged in with another division that they qualify to play in. If this is you, you can edit your division before tonight by going to the event page, click on players, then click on edit to select another division.
All AM divisions will receive AM's Crossover cash immediately following the completion of their divisions rounds. There will be merchandise on hand to exchange in the Crossover Cash. Open players will receive their payouts via PayPal electronically.
It is on each player to know the PDGA rules and guidelines. It is on each card to make sure you are on the appropriate tee. It's easy to go to the wrong hole sometimes, so make sure the card confirms they are on the correct tee pad for each hole.
