Good morning. I am super excited that you signed up to be part of our next "Friday Night Flights" at Winton Woods on 5/19. This will be a 1 round PDGA C-Tier. We will do a shotgun start at 615p sharp.
After the round, please check in at the table and get a ticket for each birdie you card. We will pull out a name for a free disc.
If you decide to withdraw tonight, you must do so by 2p for a refund.
Cheryl and I will be at tournament central, which will be located across from #1 tee pad in the parking lot. We will begin check in around 530p. We will have a shotgun start at 615p. I will post hole assignments by around 3p. They will be found at: Crossover Spring Friday Night Flights #6 2023
With doing a shotgun start, make sure you are at your hole by 613p when we will yell "two minutes". Please be aware that the course is not shut down for this event, so be mindful and considerate of casuals who may be on the course.
Here is the schedule of events. The schedule will look like this:
530-605p - Player Check In
615p - Shotgun Start
@745p - Awards/payouts
For those in the ACE fund, if there is not one hit, we will do a throw off where the winner takes all. The closest disc wins. ACE fund payouts will be done electronically this year.
We will be using PDGA Live for all scoring, and then a secondary form of scoring per card (PDGA live, Udisc or paper copy). The PDGA Live access code is: winton519
Cards will be made of of primarily 4 players. Depending on numbers, we may have to mix some divisions. We will do our best to make sure everyone is with at least 1 person from their division.
All AM divisions will receive AM's Crossover cash immediately following the completion of their divisions rounds. There will be merchandise on hand to exchange in the Crossover Cash. Open players will receive their payouts via PayPal electronically.
It is on each player to know the PDGA rules and guidelines. It is on each card to make sure you are on the appropriate tee. It's easy to go to the wrong hole sometimes, so make sure the card confirms they are on the correct tee pad for each hole.
It's going to be a great night. Again, we are excited that you are going to join us.
See you tonight!
Josh and Cheryl Terwilleger
