Good evening! Thanks for signing up for the Crossover Spring Bakers Dozen 2026 at Cedar Grove.
Ok let's dive into the most important info.
Our address is 21208 Meadow Lane, Sunman, IN. 47041. We are the first house to the right on this private drive, and there is a basket out front by our driveway.
The event will be Sunday March 29th and we will shotgun start at 930a.
This is a 4 round event. This will be different and unique than most events. It will be a C Tier, but 4 rounds of 13 holes.
For this event, groups will finish Round 1, then close out their scores in PDGA live, and then immediately start Round 2. After lunch, which is provided, Round 3 and 4 will go the same way. Lunch break will be at least 30 minutes from the last card submission of Round 2.
This will be our layout order:
Round 1 Green - 12, A1, A2, B, C, D, E, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18
Round 2 Blue - 12, A1, A2, B, C, D, E, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18
Lunch Break
Round 3 Purple - 1-11, 19-20
Round 4 Blue - 1-11, 19-20
We just recently added 2 additional letter holes to give us 2 different sets of 13 holes so we didn't have do do duplicates.
For this event check in will be at the far end of the garage opposite of the house. There is a port o let there as well. There is also a putting area down there with 2 baskets.
Following the round we will do payouts/awards. We will have payouts for the top 40% of each division per PDGA.
In the event no one hits an ACE, we will do a throw off.
Registration closes Saturday at 8p. There needs to be 3 in a division, unless it is otherwise approved or an underserved division per PDGA competition manual. We will consolidate divisions as needed based on numbers and ones that make sense for players.
