Good evening.
Thanks for signing up to play the Crossover Bakers Dozen - Spring 2025 event with us on 5/26/2025 at Cedar Grove. The event will be 4 rounds, and is a PDGA C tier for all division except MP55/FP55/MA55/FA55, which will only play rounds 1 and 2.
When you come to our house, the address is 21208 Meadow Lane, 47041. Our driveway is a shared driveway. Ours is the first driveway to the RIGHT. You will see a little planter that looks like a disc golf basket with our address on it. Look to the right and that's it. We will be doing player check in at the South end of the garage, towards hole 20's basket. That's also the area with the port-o-let.
We always love seeing new faces at Cedar Grove. It is going to be one of the most technical courses you will ever play. Everyone is going to hit trees.
The day will look like this:
845-915a - registration
930a - Rounds 1 and 2
@12 lunch
@1p Rounds 3 and 4
@ 4 Awards and payouts
The layouts will be:
Round 1 - Green: 3, 5, 6, 7, 8, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 18, 19, 20
Round 2 - Mix: 3B, 5B, 6B, 7P, 8B, 10P, 11B, 12B, 13P, 14P, 18B, 19B, 20P
Round 3 - Blue: 1, 2, 4, 7, 9, 12, A, B, C, D, 13, 15, 16
Round 4 - Purple: 1, 2, 4, 7, 9, 12, A, B, C, D, 13, 15, 16 (letter holes Green)
If you have never played one of our Bakers Dozens, you will play Round 1, finalize your PDGA live card. Then immediately you will start the 2nd round. This is the same for rounds 3 and 4.
We will be providing lunch in between rounds. We typically do about a 45 minute lunch from last card, then keep on rolling.
There is an ACE fund that is optional. If there are no aces hit, the ace fund will be donated to the course to help cover costs. In the event of a tie for first, the players will start on hole 1 and follow round 3 layout until there is a winner.
All hole and course particulars will be in PDGA live. Please feel free to use the tee signs for reference, but PDGA live is what we will go by, which might be slightly different than what is on the signs. The passcode for the event is: cedar526
I had mower issues today, so half the course is mowed and looks great. The other holes aren't really that bad at all compared to most courses standards.
In PDGA live, I will try to make sure that this is in there. Several holes have log fences/boarders on them. If a legal stance cannot be obtained, 1 meter relief is allowed. That would be on the following holes:
6 to the right of the basket
7 the corral area around the basket
9 long of the basket
17 long of the basket it's a stump fence with OB beyond it
20 long of the basket
There is an islands on holes 1 and 20 with drop zones marked. Hole 11 has 2 OB areas close to the basket. So be aware of that before your tee shot. Any shot that is short of the log line is considered in a hazard and will be a penalty stroke. This will all be in PDGA live.
Hole assignments will be posted by 9PM Sunday. However, those could change if someone drops. You can find them here:

Again, we are excited to see you all on Memorial Day. Please plan to be ready to take down Cedar Grove. We hope it’s the most “Brutiful” course you’ll ever play!
Thanks,
Josh, Cheryl, and Kyle
