Good afternoon. I am super excited that you signed up to be part of our next "Friday Night Flights" at the Vineyard on 6/28. This will be a 1 round PDGA C-Tier. We will do a shotgun start at 615p sharp.
PLEASE NOTE NEW THIS YEAR AT THE VINEYARD - Tournament Central will be located by hole 1. After you check in, you may drive to a location closer to your start/finishing hole if you would like.
This event is part of our Friday Night Flight Summer. miniseries If an ACE isn't hit, the ACE fund will carry over to the next week. If on the final week, the ACE isn't hit, there will be a throw off to clear out the ACE fund. We will PayPal the ACE fund to the winner/winners.
Cheryl and I will be at tournament central, which will be located by hole 1 tee pad. We will begin check in around 530p. I will post hole assignments by around 330p. They will be found at:

With doing a shotgun start, make sure you are at your hole by 613p when we will yell "two minutes" and beep the truck horn. Please be aware that the course is not shut down for this event, so be mindful and considerate of casuals who may be on the course. It's important that we all play nice together.

530-605p - Player Check In
615p - Shotgun Start
@745p - Awards/payouts
We will be using PDGA Live for all scoring, and then a secondary form of scoring per card (PDGA live, Udisc or paper copy). The PDGA Live access code is: vineyard628
Cards will be made of of primarily 3-4 players. Depending on numbers, we may have to mix some divisions. We will do our best to make sure everyone is with at least 1 person from their division. As posted in the event about section, divisions need to have a minimum of 3 players unless otherwise approved by the TD.
All AM divisions will receive AM's Crossover cash immediately following the completion of their divisions rounds. There will be merchandise on hand to exchange in the Crossover Cash. Open players will receive their payouts via PayPal electronically.
It is on each player to know the PDGA rules and guidelines. It is on each card to make sure you are on the appropriate tee. It's easy to go to the wrong hole sometimes, so make sure the card confirms they are on the correct tee pad for each hole.
It's going to be a great night. Again, we are excited that you are going to join us.
