Good evening. I am super excited that you signed up to be part of our preseason "Friday Night Flights" of the year at Boone Woods 2/23. This will be a 1 round PDGA C-Tier. We will do a shotgun start at 445p sharp.
If you decide to withdraw from the event, you must do so by 10a on Friday 2/23 for a refund.
Cheryl and I will be at tournament central, which will be the shelter by hole 18 basket. We will begin check in around 4p. We will have a shotgun start at 445p. I will post hole assignments by around noon on Friday, since registration will be open until them. They will be found at:

With doing a shotgun start, make sure you are at your hole by 443p when we will yell "two minutes". Please be aware that the course is not shut down for this event, so be mindful and considerate of casuals who may be on the course. It's important that we all play nice together.

For those in the ACE fund, payouts will be done electronically this year.
We will be using PDGA Live for all scoring, and a reminder that everyone needs to keep score now (PDGA live, Udisc or paper copy). The PDGA Live access code is: boone223
Cards will be made of of primarily 4-5 players. Depending on numbers, we may have to mix some divisions. We will do our best to make sure everyone is with at least 1 person from their division.
All AM divisions will receive AM's Crossover cash immediately following the completion of their divisions rounds. There will be merchandise on hand to exchange in the Crossover Cash. Open players will receive their payouts via PayPal electronically.
It is on each player to know the PDGA rules and guidelines. It is on each card to make sure you are on the appropriate tee. It's easy to go to the wrong hole sometimes, so make sure the card confirms they are on the correct tee pad for each hole.
It's going to be a great afternoon round. Again, we are excited that you are going to join us.
