Ok, here is the skinny on the Birdie Bash on Monday. Check in will begin at 1230p. It's going to be pretty laid back and flexible.
You get a group and off you go on hole 1.
Scoring will go like this. Keep it in Udisc. If you get an ACE you put a 1. If you get a BIRDIE you put a 2. If you aren't in the basket in 2, you pick up and put down a 3 and head to the next hole. You can play as many rounds as you can get in of the 20 hole green layout. Once you start a round, you must complete it before the next round. You get to submit your highest score.
There will be an ACE fund for the event. When it gets close to the Eclipse, feel free to move to wherever you want to get what you want out of the experience, then pick up after it is over. The baskets do have glow lights, and most of them that are exposed to sunlight all morning and afternoon should be charged if you want to throw some in the darkness.
We will do payouts around 4p.
It is going to be a fun day. We are excited to share this experience with you.
