Good evening. We wanted to send out some info in regards to the event on Sunday.

Thanks for signing up to play "Cedar Grove Spring Fling #1 Rescheduled" event with us on 4/23 at Cedar Grove. The event will be 2 rounds, and is a PDGA C tier. We will be playing Purple layout first round, and then Green second round. This is the intermediate and easier layouts at Cedar Grove. Both layouts has 25 holes.

When you come to our house, the address is 21208 Meadow Lane, 47041. Our driveway is a shared driveway. Ours is the first driveway to the RIGHT. You will see a little planter that looks like a disc golf basket with our address on it. Look to the right and that's it.

For the day, we have a lot of fun planned. It will be a shotgun start at 930a. Check in will be inside the garage starting at 845a. When you arrive, I will be outside to help you get parked. We will park as many as we can on the gravel area. For those who have to park in the yard, it isn't bad and we do it at all our events.

We will provide lunch during the break. We will do our best to give you at least 45 minutes for the break, with closer to an hour the goal. It will be simple with it being grilled hot dogs, chips, cookies, and drinks. If you would like to bring your own lunch, that is fine as well. There are not many options out here, so I would plan on eating here, because we have had people attempt to go out, and then miss a hole or 2 in the 2nd round. We don't want that to be you.

There is an ACE fund which $3 of your entry fee covers. If there are no aces hit, then we will do a throw off on hole 1. It's always a fan favorite.

All hole and course particulars will be in PDGA live. Please feel free to use the tee signs for reference, but PDGA live is what we will go by, which might be slightly different than what is on the signs. The passcode for the event is: cedargrove423

There have been some adjustments over the past few weeks. Most all of them make the course easier and better for the players.

The cards will be made up primarily of 3's and 4's both rounds. The first round will take about 2-2.5 hours, and the second round will take less than 2 hours. There is a lot of OB and such, but keep others in mind with your pace of play.

Hole assignments will be posted Sunday AM. If you want to withdraw, to receive a refund, it must be submitted by 8p Saturday night.

Again, we are excited to see you all on Sunday. Have a great weekend, and we will see you ready to take down Cedar Grove. We hope it’s the most “Brutiful” course you’ll ever play!
