Good evening. I meant to try to squeeze this out a little earlier than now, but I just wanted to send out a quick 2nd email.

Again, reminder that shotgun start at 9a. Please feel free to arrive after 8a with player check in starting at 815a inside garage. We will do a brief player meeting 945a out back.

Flow of the Day:
Round 1 - Blue
Lunch Break - 30 minutes from last card
Round 2 - Purple
Snack break - 15 minutes from last card
Round 3 - Green
Payouts and Awards

Pardon our dust in the garage are we are in the process of moving things around. We do have a few "garage sale" specials
for tomorrow....
- All Women's Shirts are $10
- All Long Sleeve T's (Crossover or Cedar Grove) are $12
- All Short Sleeve T's (Crossover or Cedar Grove) are $10
- There is a bin of green discs. They are $10 or as marked. They are all BRAND NEW discs with green colors that most
won't want. We call it the ugly duckling bin. There are nice Felons, Buzzz's, Destroyers, Nukes, etc in there.

Since we are doing 3 rounds, I thought about what is fair on how to do cards. Unfortunately in the AM2 division there are only 2 teams, so you are stuck with each other all 3 rounds. For the others, we will rotate so all teams get to play at least one round with the other teams in your divisions. It will look like this:

There are 11 teams, so $10 a team goes to ACE Fund so that will be $110.

Payouts as follows-
Open ($120) via PayPal - 1st - $80 per team ($40 each), 2nd $40 per team ($20 each)
AM2 ($60) - 1st $60 Crossover Cash ($30 each)
COED ($150) - 1st $90 Crossover Cash ($45 each), 2nd $60 Crossover Cash ($30 each)

Good evening. Thanks for signing up to be part of the Crossover Cedar Grove BYOP Championships 2023.

We wanted to send out some info in regards to the event.

Thanks for signing up to play "Cedar Grove BYOP Championships 2023" event with us on 10/8 at Cedar Grove. The event will be 3 rounds, with all teams playing all 3 layouts at Cedar Grove. Each round will be best disc format. The order will be Blue, Purple, then Green. We will start hardest to easiest.

When you come to our house, the address is 21208 Meadow Lane, 47041. Our driveway is a shared driveway. Ours is the first driveway to the RIGHT. You will see a little planter that looks like a disc golf basket with our address on it. Look to the right and that's it.

For the day, we have a lot of fun planned. It will be a shotgun start at 9a. Check in will be inside the garage starting at 815a. When you arrive, I will be outside to help you get parked. For those who have to park in the yard, it isn't bad and we do it at all our events.

For this event, there will NOT be lunch provided. I would suggest packing and brining something to eat. Our location is pretty remote, with very few options you can get to on an hour lunch break. With 3 rounds to be played, we will do an abbreviated lunch break in between rounds 1 and 2. We will then take a small break in between rounds 2 and 3.

There is an ACE fund included in your entry fee. If there are no aces hit, then we will do a throw off on hole 1. It's always a fan favorite. In the event of a tie for first, the players will start on hole 1 and follow the blue layout until there is a winner.

Cards will be made of players from the same division.

Open division will play for payouts via PayPal, and all others will compete for Crossover Cash.

If you decide you want to withdraw, please do so by 3p Saturday.

Again, we are excited to see you all on Sunday. Have a great weekend, and we will see you ready to take down Cedar Grove. We hope it’s the most “Brutiful” course you’ll ever play!
