Hello all, thank you for playing! We found a lucky charms dry bag at the course. If anyone is missing one feel free to text/email me.

Hey Matt, that is my chalk bag. I sent you an email to try and coordinate picking it up.

Hi Matt! Is it possible Mike Max and I can get switched to the 9am tee time? Thanks!

Not a problem!

What type of baskets will be used for the tournament? I also assume the tee pads are natural? (dirt)

Hey Sean, these will be Innova Disccatchers furnished by roll away baskets. If you played Hamilton Crossing those are the same ones. And yes, pads are dirt for now until we get the final design approval(and funds).

Hello all! If you have signed up thank you for getting in early. If you’re following the tournament and thinking of signing up please try to do so before 2/15! I’ll have very limited spots after that as it is the deadline to order players pack items. Looking forward to seeing you there!

What if you don't have a pdga #?

matt white   February 3, 2023 at 12:32pm

You can pay a $10 non-PDGA fee(mandatory for non members playing PDGA events) or you could play the two disc challenge on Saturday.

matt white   February 3, 2023 at 12:32pm

no need for a PDGA # for that one

Where is this located? Directions take me to White Oak Park, but it seems like this course is not at White Oak. Additionally is this a temp course? And will it be open for practice play before the tournament? Thanks

White oak is coming up as the course its not linked in any way.

Brady Chappell   February 7, 2023 at 6:18pm

What is the address?

matt white   February 8, 2023 at 2:30am

I’ll send it out to all players in the caddy book, it’s private property so we can’t have people on it unattended. It’s on 61, between downtown Dallas and Burnt Hickory Park.

Jackson Baer    January 13, 2023 at 1:23pm

What kind of course will it be for the tournament, length/woods/open etc? Thanks

matt white   January 13, 2023 at 2:38pm

Hey Jackson, it’s a wooded course on the shorter side. If you envision Etowah holes 5-11 this will be very similar. I think we have 3 holes over 300, most are 240-280 with some elevation in play.

Thank you

How will round ratings work during this event?

matt white   January 13, 2023 at 1:43am

It will rate as a single 18 hole round, with the second trip through the nine holes counting as the back nine.
