So - it is going to be 22 degrees the night before the tourney. I'm not saying anybody should show up late - however - would we expect startup delays due to frost ? There is already concern we might run out of daylight... will there be contingencies to have a compressed lunch period or is there some PDGA rule you need 1 hour between rounds. I know you need some amount of time to recard everyone...... I guess there might be an emphasis for keeping our pace of play and getting cards turned in timely.

How much will lunch be since we are eating on site? What are we having?
Whitts BBQ will be catering lunch. You get a sandwich, chips, potato salad, cookie, and Tea for $7. Yes we need to have Lunch on site to assure we finish in daylight

Hi, In the 'most likely' event you do not get other players in the MS1 division, will I be moved to another division ? I have already signed up, playing for 1 year 1 month, and have a PDGA rating below 850. Thanks for any response.

Practice rounds Friday and Saturday starting at 1. $12 Price or cart rental
Is that pretty firm at 1? Any chance a schmuck like me with an afternoon/evening job could hit the course early Saturday?

Players package?
I'll answer this for Shawn, because I get these questions all the time.
The TD cannot predict the weather. If there is a delay because of Frost and contingencies must be made, they will be made. But no one can guess ahead of time, nor can we tell you what time Round 2 will start.
as for the PDGA rules, there is no rule about 1 hour between rounds. That's just the common way things are done. I recommend just going straight to the source though: https://www.pdga.com/rules/competition-manual/section-1-tournament-procedures/17-suspension-of-play
Thanks Alpo.... I appreciate your response. I always have questions and usually it's just to get some level of awareness out there.
