At Sims, all divisions will play to the new orange baskets from there respective tees. Both sets will be in, no where to store them for the event unfortunately. We will try to get black bags or something on them so no one is confused.

Also, to mention why signup numbers are fairly low. People wait till last minute . & more importantly , for me anyhow. Walnut hill… not a really “fun” course tbh. It’s an old ball golf course and most of the guys I know in MPO would rather spend a weekend at a better course truthfully.

B tier pricing generally speaking with a 1 disc or 1 item player pack its pretty typical to be in the $60-80 range. Flyers payouts also are good. 2 huge factors for lower initial registration. #1 Ohio Masters at Galion is the same day and the reason just 6 older guys are registered... when nearly 170 are playing in Galion. #2 this events PDGA sanctioning was pretty late to happen and that puts some people off too if they don't see it being sanctioned. Ive played over 300 sanctioned events in something like 8 states and while things have went up some over time tourney fees have stayed relatively similar. I wanna say some of my earlier A tier events were in the 60-100 range in 2012 and here we are in 2020 and things arent really too much different. Dayton and cincy do have some lower priced events through a few different folks like new era and team Idlewild and prices vary greatly... from $30 on up to more like $80 again pending tier... player pack and time commitment. Some are 1 round events... some being 2 days 3 rounds. Basically speaking 95% of most sanctioned events are gonna be $35 or more for no player pack 2 round shotguns all the way up to $100 for your player pack 2-3 round events. Also.. some will have added cash. Lookup the Kanawha Valley Regional event. It's super cheap for what you get and they add 15k to the payouts. ONLY reason I wasnt signed up for it this year is a couple others couldn't make it this year and masters was the same weekend.
