Thank you for everyone that came out and tried the prototype Discraft putter on two temp courses at Columbus AirPark.

Here is a breakdown and the results:
We had 22 players tee off
Total of three Aces - Tom Scheumann, Brandon Moore, and Corey Buck
Total of 27 metal hits
No lost discs

Champion with 1 Ace on second round Pollinator Park hole 3, and 3 metal hits - Tom Scheumann

Earliest Ace, first round Pollinator Park hole 8 - Brandon Moore

Latest Ace, second round Pollinator Park hole 6 - Corey Buck

Most metal hits without an ace - Adam Cornelius with 5 metal hits

Tournament Central will be next to the white building (old gun club) north of Blackwell Park. See map in email.
From Central Ave, head west on Whitney Court toward the soccer fields. At the far southwest corner of the parking lot, follow the gravel drive west and north to the white building.
Parking is available on the gravel lot around the white building.
Players packs will be available after 9:00 am.

Format: Two rounds of 18 holes, one throw per player per hole.

Rules of Play: Players are required to use the player pack discs, and only these discs. If a disc is lost, the player has the option of using the second disc from the pack. Only one throw per player per hole. Groups of up to 8-10 are generally acceptable. There should be a minimum of 2 scorecards per group. You will mark “A” for aces and “M” for metal hits. The player with the most aces after the second round is declared the winner. In case of ties, the number of metal hits is used as a tiebreaker. If a tie persists, a closest to the pin contest is then held to determine the event winner.
