I can swing by early with a broom and leaf blower and clean some pads off. The problem would be if the pads freeze and are icy which seems to be likely with rain before the snow starts.

so........ forecast is between 4-6 inches of snow on Sunday. Is there any chance there could be a reschedule?
Madison and I are going to talk about all our options tomorrow and send out an email.
Thanks for that.... Its really comes down to safety. I know you've both worked hard on securing Pier. <3

Layout?
We are going to play the layout that's been in for the last month or two. I'll send an email shortly with distances etc.

Any decisions yet on which pin location we will be playing during the event?
Not yet but I will have the layout sorted out sometime next week.
Thanks. I live pretty close to the park, if you need help moving any baskets, feel free to message me.

Any chance the tournament will be enlarged to allow for waitlisted people to join? I haven't signed up due to this. Just curious.
Unfortunately 72 is a hard cap for this event. With a one day two round format there's no wiggle room to squeeze anyone else in.

Schedule:
7:30am - 8:15am Check-in. Sunrise is at 7:50.
8:30am - 11:30am Round one shotgun start
11:30am - 12:30pm Lunch--you may not get a full hour for lunch depending on when your card finishes. We need to start round two at 12:30 in order to guarantee enough light to finish the round.
12:30pm - 3:30pm Round two shotgun start
3:45pm - 4:30pm Awards and scrip payout to top 45% of each amateur division. Sunset is at 4:33.
That would be amazing Brett! If it is icy I will also allow players to tee off directly next to the tee pads if they want.
