Standard out of bounds= cement borders of playgrounds, fences, water, roads, painted lines
All female amateur divisions, junior divisions, and MA4 players will play from the short tee pads (marked with red or red/blue tee sign)
You may take casual relief with benches and tables (must take relief behind the object at a further distance from the basket)
