There will be a player email sent out shortly after 8 tonight when registration closes with full details. Checkin, player meeting and tournament central will be located at the hickory pavilion Which is located just down the hill from the parking area between 18 basket and 1 tee. We setup reg so you can basically drive up, checkin, and then go park at the usual parking area to warm up.

Sorry I missed your message Jake. Player pack has been bumped up to a $24 credit to the store to use for anything you want. Only 20 will be deducted from the entry. Park reservation and required insurance totals $460 and is divided amongst players (however the player deduction will not exceed $10, I will eat the difference if not covered, if attendance is large enough cost per player goes down accordingly) there is a $2 fee deducted by the pdga. All remaining funds go into payouts and I typically bump these up as well. I do not deduct a TD fee from the tournaments. Ace pool is payed 100% out either by ace or throw off at the end of the tournament with everyone who entered. Let me know if you need any further clarity.
