It's time for the inaugural Cleveland Disc Golf Open!

Check In 
Please arrive at your starting course between 8:00 and 8:40 am and check in at the tent/pavilion near Hole 1 before warming up or heading to your starting hole. 

Keeping Score
Download the PDGA Live app or go to pdga.com/score. 
Access Code: CDGO25 (“O” as in Open, not zero)
Every player on each card is required to keep score every round, per PDGA rules.

Parking 
Minnis: There is plenty of parking between the ball fields and the practice basket. Please do not park on the grass unless the entire lot is full. 

Fletcher: Fill the available spaces in the parking circle and the gravel lot near Hole 2 first. After these fill up, park along the edge of the grass around the parking circle or in the roped off area along the field near Hole 1 (drive over the curb straight toward the rope).

Carpool if you can! 

Restrooms 
Minnis: There will be one porta-potty in the parking lot and another between Holes 5 and 8.

Fletcher: There will be two porta-potties between the pavilion and Hole 4, one near Holes 10 and 11, as well as a bathroom facility on the opposite side of the parking lot.

Courtesy 
Fletcher Park is a mixed-use park, so please be mindful of and courteous to other park guests. Do not throw off the tee if there are pedestrians on a walking path adjacent to the hole you are playing. 

Please be courteous to other players as well! Keep up the pace of play, know when you are out and it's your turn, walk swiftly to your lie, and remember the 30 second rule per the PDGA Rulebook. Official rules are easily accessible on the PDGA Live app.

A Pool: MPO, MP40, MA1, MA40
• Fletcher - Long to Long 
• Minnis - Main

B Pool: FPO, MA50, MA2, MA3
• Fletcher - Long to Short
• Minnis - Main

C Pool: FA3, FA4, FA60, MA4, MA60, MA65, MA70, MJ15
• Fletcher - Short to Short
• Minnis - Main (C Pool)

D Pool: MJ12, FJ06
• Fletcher - Junior Layout
• Minnis - Junior Layout

For mixed-division cards at Fletcher Park, please start each hole with any players playing the Long tees, then Short tees, then Junior tees. Let the players playing to the Short pins (Red) finish out first before players playing the Long pins (White). Whichever player’s lie is furthest out throws first as normal.

Ace Pot / CTPS
For those who paid into the optional Ace Pot/CTP, there will be two cash CTPs (one at each course) per pool. 

A Pool: Hole 1 Fletcher / Hole 5 Minnis
B Pool: Hole 8 Fletcher / Hole 3 Minnis
C Pool: Hole 17 / Hole 7 Minnis

The Ace Pot will be split between all players that ace. If no one hits one, there will be a throw off on hole 1 at Fletcher at the end for everyone that paid in. 

Schedule
Check In - 8:00-8:40 am (at your starting course)
Round 1 - 9:00 am (be at your starting hole by 8:50)
Lunch - Begins immediately after the last card finishes and lasts for 1.5 hours. All players should report to the pavilion at Fletcher Park to pick up their lunch and players pack items. 
Round 2 - 1.5 hours after lunch break begins. Be at your starting hole at least 10 minutes before the start.
Playoffs - After the last card has finished Round 2, any first place ties (or others affecting trophy distribution based on division size) will be broken on a loop of Holes 1-3 at Fletcher.   
Awards - After any ties have been broken, trophies will be awarded at the pavilion near Hole 1 at Fletcher.

Hello. My wife and I are figuring out logistics and I’m curious with A/B pool being much larger than C/D pool will you be moving any divisions to the pool with lower registered players? If not, I would like to move to MA4 but the option to edit it myself is not available. Thanks and looking forward to this event.
