› Players must provide their PDGA number if they have one, even if membership has expired. CM 2.02.F

› A PDGA number is required to accept any cash prize. CM 1.10.A

Tournament refund / cancellation policy
All the tournament directors are responsible for all refunds and cancellations.

Player sponsors donations or any donations to course, throw pink, or home sponsorship *CANNOT* be refunded.

All withdrawals and refunds will be handled in accordance with PDGA Competition Manual 1.03 – Withdrawals and Refunds: https://www.pdga.com/rules/competition-manual/103.

**Throw Pink/Course Donations, Sponsorships, and a $10 processing fee are non-refundable**

***ALL FOOD REQUESTS ARE NON REFUNDABLE AFTER THE 6th OF OCTOBER AS THE FOOD HAS ALREADY BEEN PAID FOR****

If you request a withdrawal **30 days or more** before the event, you will receive a full refund (minus applicable fees).

If you request a withdrawal **between 15 and 29 days** before the event, you will receive a full refund only if your spot is filled from the waitlist. If the spot is not filled, you will receive a 50% refund.

If you request a withdrawal **within 14 days** of the event, no refund is guaranteed. However, if your spot is filled from the waitlist, a full refund (minus fees) will be issued. If the spot is not filled, no refund will be given.

No refunds will be issued **within 7 days** of the event unless your spot is filled from the waitlist. If it is, you will receive a full refund minus any fees.

No-call/no-shows forfeit their entry and will not receive a refund.
