Well... today was a thing that totally happened. Good, bad or ugly, or possibly all 3, it happened.

Good news, tomorrow is 18 more holes of fun as we commence the third and final round of Disc Revolution presents Clash at the Creek with special thanks to Huntington Bank and Team Secundy.

Check in is between 8am and 830 with tee off tentatively scheduled for 845. Once you have checked in, you can proceed to your starting hole. Make sure you have 3 people per card as we may have unexpected drops.

Hello all!

We are less than 24 hours away from one of the biggest B-tiers in Southern Colorado. The Clash at the Creek presented by Disc Revolution with special thanks to Team Secundy and Huntington Bank.

Be sure to dress warm, it looks like Saturday is going to be a wet and chilly one. Figures, we go from 90's to 50's.

This will serve as your players meeting so please be sure to read it in it's entirety. I will try to not go long but... you know me.

Please note which course you are supposed to be at. There may be late drops that can affect your starting hole but not your starting course.

MPO, MP40, MP50, MP60, MA1, MA40 - Widefield

MA2, MA3, MA50, FA1, FA2, FA3, FJ18, FJ10, MJ18, MJ10, FPO, FP40 - Aviary

Parking:
The Aviary Parking is by hole 5 off of Las Vegas. You can park along Las Vegas if you wish, or you can park at the Impound lot, just do not use the long parking spots. Here is a map for available areas, they are marked in green.

Widefield Parking has the small lot that is by Hole 1 but that is going to fill up fast. You are allowed to park on the street just make sure you do not block anyone's drive way or the road. If you are playing holes 8 - 12, after you have checked in, you can park closer to your hole. On this map, there are a couple of sections marked in green where it may be better to park at.

Check in:
Check in at Tournament Central between 7:30 and 8:30am at both courses. Casey and Sarah Scogin will be at Widefield, Josh Rosa will be at Aviary. Once you have checked in, you can proceed to your starting hole. MAKE SURE TO CHECK IN before you go to your hole.

Players Packs:
All players packs will be issued out at the Disc Revolution tent at Widefield. Jerseys will be given out to those that signed up before the cut off, and if there are left overs, we will issue those out in order of registration date.

Scoring:
We will be using the PDGA live scoring for this event. Password will be Clashy22
Please do not log in until 10 minutes before tee time as there may be last minute changes. The site is www.pdga.com/scores

Lunch:
We are projecting a 12pm finish time for the first round with a 1:30 start time for round 2. This may adjust depending on what time we get done with the round. Howdy Revolutionaries! Revolutionii? People. Hello people!!

We are less than 2 weeks away from Clash at the Creek 2022 presented by Disc Revolution with special thanks to Huntington Bank and Bill Rempelos, as well as Team Secundy and Tempe Krieger. We are all thrilled that you all are able to join us for this annual event and we are hoping it is one that you enjoy.

Over the weekend, we went out and got the layout set for the event, areas have been flagged and signs have been posted. Fairways have been mowed, and trimmed and aside from some light mowing and other stuff, we believe the courses are ready for you to begin practicing on.

Here is the Caddy Novel for you to follow through on the rules.
Note that at Widefield, orange baskets are mainly in places where the yellow baskets are going to be moved to, if they are moving. This makes it easy for the Pool A to practice both their layouts. Sorry to Pool B, we don't have multiple baskets over there.

On the note of Pools, MA40 has been moved to Pool A. You all will be doing the Widefield, Aviary, Widefield layouts. FPO and FP40 will be competing on the Pool B schedule of Aviary, Widefield, Aviary.

The pools right now are:

Pool A: MPO, MP40, MP50, MP60, MA1, MA40

Pool B: FPO, FP40, FA1, FA40, MA50, MA2, FA2, MA3, FA3, MJ18, FJ18, MJ10, FJ10

Hole assignments will be posted after registration has closed so stay tuned for another email from us.

Finally, we are going to have half the jerseys on site for those that registered early. We are going to make the 2nd half of the order after the event so if you show up and don't get your jersey, don't worry, you haven't been forgotten. We will get them ordered up and mailed to you or you can pick them up. It takes about 6 weeks to manufacture, so keep that in mind.

If you are reading the caddy book or if you see an issue, don't hesitate to reach out to me so I can clarify it, and make it clearer in the book. This is a living document so until the day of the event, things are subject to change.

I know most of you all are signed up but just thought I would toss out that if you own a business or know a business that would like to sponsor a hole for Clash, we have opportunities around! You're contribution will go towards added cash to the Pro Women's divisions, as well as offset the costs of the event such as permits, toilets, and other fun stuff!

Plus, if you have that friend that has been sleeping on this event and wants in, then they can use your spot to skip the waitlist. Entry fees will still need to be paid but you will not have to wait and hope that the event opens up a spot.
