The $5 waitlist fee is non-refundable as stated in the about section. All optional purchases (Ace, CTP, etc.) are refundable.

What are my chances of getting to play when I'm at the #10 on the waiting list in the rec division?

Well since the waiting list hasn't budge and no one is responding I'll chime in. I'm #11 and don't expect to get in. If enough people drop out before registration closes you will be invited and have a period of time to sign up. That means 9 of the 32 rec players need to withdraw before you get invited.

Hi Saben! Our waitlists numbers are set per each individual division. For each MA3 player to drop out, you'll be bumped up one spot. If enough players in your division drop out you'll be invited to register.

Steve since Vernon made it into int. Does that mean he's still 1 on the rec wait list, and also do you have to be current to play the tournament?
