I registered the day it opened, i was workingmy way up the wait list and was at wl#15 the last time i checked and now im no longer on registration at all. Why is this??

There were 14 people ahead of you, and basically an impossibility of you getting in. We are slowing refunding the waitlists.

Is it possible to move to MA40?

Sean Callahan   June 8, 2021 at 12:50pm

I don't have spots for MA40 at the moment.

David Phillips    June 4, 2021 at 2:28pm

If we had someone who wanted to caddy would that be ok?

Sean Callahan   June 5, 2021 at 1:35am

yes, thats fine! Thanks!

David Phillips   June 9, 2021 at 7:21pm

Thank you.

Daniel Williams    June 2, 2021 at 8:42pm

When I signed up for the tournament I was 853 and signed up for intermediate. Now i’m in the mid 900’s. Is there anyway I could be moved to advanced? Thanks.

Done!

Andres Torres    May 30, 2021 at 2:11pm

This is my first tournament, so forgive my ignorance, but when are updates typically posted and how are they communicated? I’m mainly thinking tee times, card mates, player packs, and parking logistics? Thanks, DDG crew!

We will send out emails leading up to the event explaining all of the above. Thanks!

Daniel Dravet    April 15, 2021 at 3:37pm

I registered when my rating was 878 for rec but it just went up to 895, if possible I would love to be switched to MA2 (I am hopeful it will go up more before the tournament). I totally understand if that's not possible. If it does go above 900 I have to drop right? which is fine, I know there is a long waiting list and it will make someone's day!

Any way Daniel and I can swap divisions if he's interested now that the tournament is closer? I noticed that tee times have been posted. If not a swap, can I possibly be moved to MA3?

Daniel Dravet   June 6, 2021 at 12:56am

I as well would love to make this happen

Sean Callahan   June 8, 2021 at 3:17am

ill make the switch for you guys, thanks!

When will players packs be announced?

Ryan Fancher   April 14, 2021 at 4:59am

Players pack items are still being compiled and there is currently no specific timeline planned for a player pack announcement. Stay tuned for details as we are able to reveal them.

Garrett Muersch    April 2, 2021 at 3:12am

If the 5 extra spots do not get filled, can they all go to the MA3 division? MA3 seems to have many more players and is combined with MA4 but does not have additional spots compared to MA1/2

With over 11 weeks until the event, it will be unlikely that those unclaimed womens division spots will remain as such. But in the event that there are open spots, they may be delegated to other divisions in a manner that is as equitable as possible. In short, its doubtful they would all go to one division.

Chase McCurdy    April 1, 2021 at 2:44pm

Is there any chance of requesting extended t shirt sizes for the players pack? Don’t expect special treatment at all, but can’t get what you don’t ask for!

Ryan Fancher   April 1, 2021 at 3:30pm

shoot an email to [email redacted] with the details.

Rob Stark    March 28, 2021 at 10:21am

Hi Sean - Looking forward to the event. Being from out of town, do you have a map of the course for the layout? The About page suggests we'll play a number of variations fo hole 6 for the 18 hole round...seems odd. But I'm an out of stater, so had to ask. Thanks for putting this together - can't wait! /Rob.

This layout keeps players using the bridges at the course, rather than crossing the creek over the large boulders in the creek. Here is a map link at DGCR: https://www.dgcoursereview.com/course_files/7130/1ba70218.jpg. Per my earlier question blue tees will be the "long". White will be the short.

Ken Sherlock   March 29, 2021 at 3:01am

The variations for hole six are five additional holes that would be played between holes 6 and 7. The order being played prevents people from needing to cross the creek.

Sean Callahan   March 31, 2021 at 9:12pm

What Jason and Ken said!

Tyler Adelman    March 28, 2021 at 3:02am

Very excited for this tournament! Played The Canyons for the first time after Inparcerated in September. Love me some Dellwood Disc Golf!

Awesome! Its going to be a great time!

Alex Monroy    March 28, 2021 at 1:57am

Hey Sean! Any chances on spots opening up? Im #45 on the intermediate waitlist

Ryan Fancher   March 28, 2021 at 2:27am

Currently the player count is maxed out. Our best suggestion is to keep an eye out for player drops as we get closer to the event.

Alex Monroy   March 29, 2021 at 12:46am

Thank you!

Basil Arain    March 27, 2021 at 11:47pm

What's the word on spectators/caddies?

Ryan Fancher   March 28, 2021 at 1:44am

Unless anything changes, spectators and caddies will be allowed as long as all precautions are being followed and players are given proper and adequate space.

Basil Arain   March 28, 2021 at 2:14am

Awesome thanks!

Jason Barnard    March 27, 2021 at 11:29pm

"Long" = White tee correct?

Ryan Fancher   March 28, 2021 at 1:40am

Long tees in this layout refer to the blue tee pads.

Chris Peters    March 27, 2021 at 7:16pm

I registered within a couple minutes. Was 10th on waiting list. Unregistered instantly. I now have 2 deductions of $72.40 each. Totaling $144.80. Can I please have this money returned ASAP?? Thank you. Chris Peters Sr. #77410

Our records show a single sign-up, withdraw and completed refund, so there is nothing more that can be done on our end or through disc golf scene. You may need to refer to your bank if the charges do not drop or resolve.

Alan Clifton    March 27, 2021 at 4:13am

Why only 4 spots for ma60? Us old guys like to play too.

Ryan Fancher   March 27, 2021 at 3:05pm

Division numbers are based on previous and current player numbers. Right now, the waitlist for ma60 has two players, and ma3 has a waitlist with over 70 players. Only more demand for an ma60 field will bring more spots.

Chris Diemand Jr    March 27, 2021 at 12:28am

What’s the next steps for being on the waitlist?

Looked like a super dope tournament... moved out to SoCal and wanted to get into this when visiting my parents back home, let me know! Thank you.

Ryan Fancher   March 27, 2021 at 1:01am

As spots inevitably become available, waitlisted players will be moved up in line and notified. The best suggestion we can give right now would be to keep a close eye on registration and reach out again before making final plans to see where things are at. Thanks!

Chris Diemand Jr   March 27, 2021 at 2:24am

Already moved up a spot it looks like, I appreciate the insight!

Max Riedel    March 27, 2021 at 12:12am

Refreshed my page at 7 on the dot, singed up as fast as I could, and I’m #49 on the waitlist :(
