Tournament refund / cancellation policy
Calhoun County DGC is responsible for all refunds and cancellations.

Players MUST request withdrawal through the Withdraw button on Disc Golf Scene or by sending an email to the TD at [email protected]

Posting your request in the Comments section does not constitute withdrawal.

Below is the refunded amounts based on withdrawal notice. A player pack can be shipped at any time as long as you cover the shipping cost.
- Before July 26th - 100% cash refund
- Before Aug 1st - 50% cash refund
- After Aug 1st - no refund

Players who do NOT officially request to withdraw from a registered spot playing in the event prior to the published closure of registration and waitlist replacements and don’t play (aka a no-show), forfeit their entry fee and do NOT receive a refund or player’s pack. (This does NOT apply to a waitlist player)
