I will be traveling through that weekend what time does this tournaments start is it just one round?

It's a single round flex start. You can sign up for a tee time with other players, there needs to be atleast 3 players to a card. When you sign up it will ask you to select a tee time, just select a time with that someone has already signed up for and you should be good to go.
