Players meeting emails were sent out yesterday but I am hearing that some people may not have received it. Here it is just in case!
Welcome to the Christmas in Paradise players meeting!
First I want to say Thank you for signing up to help raise money for the purchase of Christmas gifts for the women in the Sponsors program this year! This was not a solicited item so it really will be a surprise for these women who are getting on their feet after transitioning from prison life.
The Amazing Cameron Scott Messerschmidt with Gateway Sports will be hosting a putting clinic at 10:30. Come a bit early and get some tips for your game and take a look at the discs he will have for sale! He will also be around all day for Q & A before and after all of your rounds, so please don’t be shy!

Please check in at least 30 minutes before your tee time to collect your players pack and verify that your whole card is present. All cards must have a minimum of 3 to play. All PDGA rules will apply, there must be one main scorecard and one backup scorecard (Udisc or paper).
Please take time to check out sponsor names you will see on the course, there has been an incredible amount of generosity to pull this off and it has contributed to an amazingly fun day!

Caution: Because this is a private course, there are a few fairways that cross. See attached course guide for details. Please be aware of other cards and give right of way to those in active play. Remember we are here to have fun!
Course is open for practice rounds between 8:00am - 10:00. Once the first card tees off at 10, any play is strictly casual and should work around the active players. Please give them space. No practice after 11:45 because tee times are stacked and the course will be full.

Hole 18 - Men’s CTP
Raffle will take place LIVE at 1:00pm on the Paradise Disc Golf course Facebook page. You do not need to be present to win, all prizes will be available for pick up at Oregon Disc Golf.
