Hello all and thank you for making this another SOLD OUT year!  Just some information about this upcoming tournament.

Let's practice social distancing and respect the venue.  We cannot gather in groups larger than 50 people.   Please SPREAD OUT and let's not crowd around the TD board, payout tables, etc, etc.  We are going to do the best we can to make this all as smooth as possible while respecting the venue.  We CANNOT stress this enough, please keep a smooth and steady pace of play out on the course.  NO MORE THAN 2 MINUTES for looking for lost discs! 

Here is our schedule:
8-9 am - Check In / Registration.  
9:15 am - Players meeting to go over OBs / Rules
9:30 - 9:45 am roughly - Tee off for round
12:30-1pm (tentatively) - Lunch.  Last year, fog made the round 4+ hours to complete so we are going to do our best to give everyone time to eat.  Please support the venue and stay on campus and eat if possible, they should be providing us burgers / brats to buy like last year or pack your own lunch.
1:30-2 (tentatively)  - Tee off for round 2

Ace throw off, if no aces.
Announcing winners of divisions / Payouts
Raffle announcements.

Again, we want everyone to respect the venue's request to spread out and social distance at this event when possible.

If you would like to keep your payouts for a future event or get paid out after the event, please grab your payout tickets and we will honor them after the event.
If you are a pro and would like to leave and get paid out, we can do paypal as well after the tournament.  Please just provide us that info and that request and we will make that happen.
