Looks like it is going to be very warm on Tuesday. We are going to have lots of water, but you should make sure you have plenty of liquids in the morning. A couple of tips:
1. Lighten your bag, carry as few discs as possible.
2. Bring a change of shoes, socks, and even a couple of shirts. First thing in the morning the grass will be wet, you don’t want wet feet all day.
3. Carry some snacks for energy, it is going to be a long day.
4. Stay away from alcohol. It will make it that much tougher to get through the day.
5. Consider using an umbrella in the mid afternoon rounds. The less the sun is beating down on you the better.
6. Wear a hat.
7. When possible move into the shade. A couple steps into the shade is helpful.
8. Keep an eye on your playing partners, watch out for one and other.
9. Keep an eye on everyone’s throws, spending time looking for discs makes the day longer.
