Good Evening Everyone! As we are drawing near tournament day, I will be updating you with any changes or information as it becomes available. With that being said, here is what we do know so far.

---The course will be open for play on Friday 11/6 at 3pm for a $5 fee. The sun sets around 5:30pm which should give us a solid few hours for play. This will be purely time to get to see the course, play and take notes. Take your time, but please be mindful to others out on the course.

---We should be getting a definitive answer in the next day or two on whether or not carts will be available for us to use.

The ideal course design we have in place will only be used if we CAN use carts. However, we do have a separate course design in place if carts are not an option.

Even if we are given the go ahead with the carts, if there is frost on the course come tournament day morning, we may be put in a situation that will see a walking course for the first round and the cart course the second round. Watching the weather it seems that frost may not be an issue, but we all (or most of us) know how Michigan weather can be. There will be no extra cost extended to participants this year for the use of carts if they are offered.

--No outside alcohol should be brought in. There WILL BE a beverage cart roaming the course, as well as a bartender in the clubhouse. They are working with us on giving us some really great beverage pricing that I will share once it is finalized.

--Hot Dogs will be available for lunch at the club house. There is a Subway, McDonalds, Burger King, Taco Bell and a couple other restaurants VERY close by. You will have plenty of time to grab something from one of these establishments if you choose.

---We are working on and hoping to have a digital Caddy Book available to you all, which we are very excited about.

---We still have room for hole sponsors as well. Of you know anyone interested, please have them send an email to [email redacted].
