I’m seeing it says Practice round opens at 9am-3pm on the flyer but in the “About Event” it says opens at 12pm and no closing time? Just wondering what time is correct.

The about section should be reading the correct time frame of 9am-3pm.

Question for you sir. On the scoring, you mention "If Both Players make a put outside of the circle"...
Will both players on the team need to make there putt to move on or is this optional for the scoring?

The teams have to line up to be 3 teams per card. Which is why there's a limit in Jack n Jill. However, if a team drops out I'll switch your division.
