Hello everyone! We wanted to send out this player's email a bit early so that you can know what to expect this weekend. We are very excited for the Champion City Cup, and we know you are as well. The weather isn't looking too bad, just a little cold! We will be teeing off at 9am for the first round, and then roughly one hour after the first round is completed is when we will tee off for the second.
A Pool will play Snyder Park first, and then Buck Creek, and B pool will play Buck Creek first, and then Snyder Park.
AMS - For your players pack, we have decided to give you TWO discs, as well as $500 of added merchandise! I've also attached projected payouts to this email. The value you are getting this weekend is insane! Each player will get to choose between a Crystal Buzzz OR a Glo Raptor as their 1st disc, and then we have assorted tournament stamped Discraft Discs for your second choice. Players packs can be picked up at Snyder Park before or after your round.
The A pool (MPO, MP40, MA1, MA40) will be playing Longs at Snyder, while the B pool(MA50, MA2, FA2, MA3, FA3, MA4) will be playing shorts. Everyone will play the same layout at Buck Creek.
We have gone the extra mile to provide you UDisc Tournament Layouts for Snyder Park shorts and longs. At Buck Creek we will be playing the main pin locations, which have all been marked with a white circle underneath them.
Tournament Central will be located at Snyder Park, so stick around after your round to grab payouts for our onsite Proshop. We have plenty of variety for all players! If you wish to not receive your payout after the tournament, please let me know ahead of time so that I can email you your payout. That will be redeemable either online(a much more limited selection of Trilogy plastic) or you are free to use that in person at our next event!
