Hey Team!

Thank you all so much for signing up for Chains for Charity! I just wanted to send out a quick email with all of the information you will need for the tournament.

Check in time starts at 8:15am and the tent will be set up down by the practice basket and first hole. Please wear a mask when checking in and during the event in accordance with CDC guidelines.

Tee Time is at 9 AM sharp, and it will be a shotgun start. I have attached a picture of the player cards below. There will be a player meeting before the tournament at 8:45am by the practice basket where we will go over CTPs, OB, etc. Each division will have a different color flag for their CTP holes:
MA1– Red
MA2– Yellow
MA3– Blue
MA40– Green
MJ18/FA3– Purple

We will be playing the default course layout at White Clay from the main Tee Pads, and we will not be playing OB. There are a few old baskets on the course near holes 4, 8, and 11. These baskets will be covered as to avoid any confusion.

The official score will be kept through PDGA live, and there will be paper scorecards available as backup for those who want them!

Water will be available throughout the course, with coolers at hole 1, hole 6, and hole 12.

There will be a raffle the day of the event with some awesome prizes up for grabs; including a month of free music lessons at School of Rock! We will also have a used disc table, where you can purchase a disc for $5, or bring one of your own to exchange.
