We will use the PDGA guidelines. In a given event, players may compete in a ratings-based division for which they are otherwise ineligible if:
They were registered for that event and in that division; and
They were eligible for that division at the time of registration; and
They became ineligible for that division due to a ratings update that took place within two weeks of the start of competition for that event; and
The Tournament Director approves; and
The Tournament Director gets approval from the PDGA Director of Event Support.
