Hi Winston, thanks for reaching out! We would love to have your girls participate! So first things first, per PDGA rules, all players ages 12 and under are required to have a parent present. Specific language can be found in the PDGA rules under 1.13: Youth Safety. As for score keeping - I highly recommend using PDGA Live if at all possible. It tends to be easier on everyone. However, the only PDGA requirement is that every player keeps score. That means scores may keep score on a paper card for example if they desire.

I read a single parent or guardian may supervise multiple children on one card if it is agreed upon prior to tee off. My daughter is playng in the 12 and under division. I would glady assume that role if you would like.
