Good evening. We wanted to send out some info in regards to the event on Sunday.
Thanks for signing up to play Crossover's "Summer Blues" event with us on 7/28 at Cedar Grove. The event will be a 1 round PDGA C-Tier, playing the BLUE layout.
When you come to our house, the address is 21208 Meadow Lane, 47041. Our driveway is a shared driveway. Ours is the first driveway to the RIGHT. You will see a little planter that looks like a disc golf basket with our address on it. Look to the right and that's it.
We will do check in between 9-920a.
We will throw the BLUE layout for the round. We are going to try something new. We are going to only play the island on hole 3 for this event, and not the other holes. It will be in PDGA Live, along with other course particulars. Some of the holes have fences/walls on them close to the basket (9 and 20). You may take a meter to get a legal stance if your disc comes to rest and doesn't allow a legal stance. The same relief is allowed on hole 17 if you are inside the log island.
We will be playing the 24 hole layout, using the letter holes, which are temp holes.
Cheryl will have bag tags for division winners. There is an ACE fund included in your entry fee. If there are no aces hit, then we will do a throw off on hole 1 BLUE layout. It's always a fan favorite. In the event of a tie for first, the players will start on hole 1 and follow the round 1 layout until there is a winner.
The cards will be groups of 3/4's.
Again, we are excited to see you all on Sunday, and see you ready to take down Cedar Grove. We hope it’s the most “Brutiful” course you’ll ever play!
